Deep Nourishing Hair Oil (4oz)

A question we sometimes get is "How am I REALLY supposed to use hair oil?" While there are multiple ways to apply hair oil, all of which are correct, we recommend trying the following method the evening before you intend to wash your hair. Since oil benefits the scalp, we generally start there. We apply the oil directly to the scalp massaging it with the fingertips. Oil can also be applied directly to the hair if desired.  Cover with a towel or shower cap and sleep overnight. The next day apply shampoo and condition as normal. If overnight application is not desired, you can apply the oil 1-3 hours before bathing (including washing and conditioning your hair) and receive benefits as well. Some recommend the use of oil daily, but we recommend an oil treatment at least 1-2 days per week to keep your hair and scalp healthy. 

 Our oil has a fresh mint scent with hints of floral. We enjoy the smell of our hair after we rinse out the oil!
