Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy

Bloom Beauty Company does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items sold in our store. We encourage all shoppers to fully inspect photos, item descriptions, and item options prior to purchase. Many items could have multiple colors, sizes, scents, etc. so please be sure you have selected only the items you intended to buy in your cart before checking out. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on discount codes being missed or past sales events that have concluded. Please verify your purchase before fully completing the check-out process. 

 

WHY NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS?...

Given the nature of personal care items and beauty products, we could not resell or even gift any returned items once they have been in the possession of a customer. Any financial losses experienced would only result in higher costs to all customers to offset those expenses. This is not ideal for anyone, so we strongly encourage shoppers to ensure they have purchased items they intend to keep and use. We sincerely appreciate and value all of our customers and want to ensure we can deliver high quality products at appropriate prices to everyone!
